Starting as a software engineer, I grew into a trusted technology leader, guiding firms through significant transformation and growth. I have led over 20 mergers, scaled teams from 5 to over 50 members across data analytics, automation, app development include service desk, infrastructure and security.
As a fractional CIO and strategic advisor, I provide candid, actionable insights to uncover the root causes of challenges and identify opportunities for growth. My work is grounded in real-world experience, ensuring every recommendation is practical, relevant, and effective.

On the personal side, I’m making more time to enjoy life with my wife, Katy, and our three kids—Margot, Helen, and CJ—who are at the age where I’m still considered “cool.”
